It is our mission as an organization to create and develop the whole baseball player as a staff. Gwynn Baseball is dedicated to the growth of all players fundamentally.
In doing so we will remain accountable for both production on the field and grooming excellent citizens in the San Diego community.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
As coaches and mentors we strive to Develop our players not only in baseball, but also to be great kids and young men moving into the future.
Sarah Hollingsworth
Members of Gwynn Baseball not only become better baseball players, but they will grow on a personal level as well. Our teachings will put strong emphasis on citizenship, and a high level of sportsmanship will be required at all times. These young men will learn the value of competition, both against other teams, and internally versus the player and person they were the day before. Gwynn Baseball will serve to develop good baseball players and great people.
